What do you need to bring?
Devika will generally always provide the technology and software. In some cases participants will wish to use their own technology and that is fine.
What is our refund policy?
In the event a workshop is cancelled, Devika will provide a credit to a future workshop.
Will lunch be provided?
For workshops that span an entire day, participants are required to bring their own lunch or funds to purchase lunch. Devika staff will escort students to nearby shopping precincts to purchase lunch if need be.
Will refreshments be provided?
Devika will provide light refreshments e.g. water and juices during each workshop.
How does Devika deal with COVID?
Each workshop facilitator is required to conduct a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) prior to the workshop. During the workshop participants may wear masks at their discretion.
How do I drop off and collect my Child?
Parents are require to drop off and collect their children from Devika’s office on Crown Street. Parents are required to sign their children in and out of the event.
Can I go to workshop if I am not in that age group?
Each workshop will generally have a recommendations as to age suitability. Parents should use this as a guide but it is recommended that they be adhered to unless their are exceptional circumstances.
